I found a copy of “Laurel and Hardy: The Essential Collection” on DVD for real cheap online not too long ago. Amazon was listing every copy I could find for over $100, and I got it for just a bit over $25 used. The DVD box is ever-so-mildly dinged up, but the actual discs are in perfect condition and run flawlessly, so this was one hell of a deal!

The set arrived two days ago and I’ve been marathoning them. Naturally, that left me in the mood to draw Oliver Hardy. I’ll do Stan next, in the interest of fairness. I’m sure the long-dead man who’s never heard of me will appreciate it.

Anyways, I like how this turned out better than I do my previous shot (seen below, thought I had posted it here already but apparently not) from a little while back! Think he’s got a bit more life to him this time ’round.
